A phone call
I had a visitor at home and I met him after three years. We were talking of some college days memories. This is a most common situation when all the gossips start and one gets always excited to get know what others are doing. This excitement was added upon, when another classmate of mine called on. She had so many stories to say that, I felt that she was a news go-down. The topic of the news varied from marriages, pregnancies, shift in jobs, engagements and so on. At the end I realized that we are always interested to know what others do, how much we earn, which are the best place to stay and the wish list goes on. Thanks to our network connections and mobiles which helps us to make all this possible.

strong versus weak
I was watching this beautiful documentary on Animal Planet, which was presented by non other than David Attenborough. Nature has gifted to all its creatures its own way of defense and protection against the extreme conditions.
The documentary was on how do herbivores protect themselves from the difficult situations and from the predators. It’s seen that zebras, deer, elephants and many others herbivores are usually in a group; this helps them to fight back against the strongest predators also. A calf was chased and caught by the lion; it’s the most common sight in the savannas, but was amazing was that the entire herd chased back the lion and finally the calf was rescued.
Here it’s team work, however weak you are, in a team one can chase or face the strongest of the difficulties. Another beautiful phenomenon in nature is that even when alone these animals (deer, chital …) can run as the same speed as that of cheetahs, leopard…) to protect themselves. So if alone or in team if you are strong you win the battle.
